Social ContributionProjectsAs a public interest incorporated association that is closely tied toour community, we have cooperated with local residents and variousorganizations to establish the cooperation and support system that isrequired for an economic organization, and we have providedsupport and subsidies for Tochigi Prefecture.Main ActivitiesVolunteer Professors ProjectMembers of the Association of Corporate Executives visit universities asinstructors and lecture to students about our management philosophy. Wecreated a system for dispatching instructors to all higher educationinstitutions in the prefecture by entering the "Agreement Regarding theDispatching of Instructors" with the Consortium of Universities in Tochigi in2011. So far, we have dispatched over 200 instructors to six universities:Utsunomiya University, Utsunomiya Kyowa University, Sakushin GakuinUniversity, Sano College, Hakuoh University, and Bunsei University of Art.Cooperation with Tochigi Prefecture during DisastersWe provide necessary supplies when requested by the prefecture if adisaster occurs there. These supplies belong to member companies and areprovided with or without charge. This service was made possible by signingof the "Agreement Regarding Implementation of Emergency Measuresduring Disaster" with Tochigi Prefecture.Hosting of Teachers for Work Experience TrainingMember companies host teachers from the Tochigi Prefectural Board ofEducation as on-the-job trainees for six months or one year to broadentheir perspectives as members of society and cultivate their managementskills.Dispatching of Committee Members for Teacher Hiring InterviewsVolunteer Professors ProjectMultifaceted character evaluation from a broad perspective is important inemployment interviews of teachers who will be responsible for futureeducation in Tochigi Prefecture. Therefore, we dispatch members andleaders of member companies from the Association of Corporate Executivesas committee members for interviews for hiring public school new teachers.Project for Dispatching of Instructors to Middle Schools and High SchoolsIn cooperation with the Tochigi Prefectural Board of Education, we dispatchmanagers in our association to middle schools and high schools in theprefecture, where they teach on-site classes and give lectures. Thesemanagers are active at the forefront of society. This project enablesstudents to think about what kind of person they should be and how theyshould live their lives, and it cultivates the skills and attitudes that arenecessary for participating in society in the future.Volunteer Professors ProjectVolunteer Professors ProjectWe have established four awards: Outstanding Operations Manager Award, Outstanding Entrepreneur Award, Social Contribution Activity Award, andBeautiful Town Development Award.
